About the Opportunity ### **INTERMITTENT TECHNICAL SUPPORT TECHNICIAN** Join a strategic technology project with Ilha Service Tecnologia, providing technical support in a dynamic and challenging corporate environment! We are seeking technically skilled professionals with strong communication skills and a user-focused mindset to deliver on-site IT support (intermittent) for public agencies located in downtown Rio de Janeiro. **Working Hours:** Primary schedule: 09:00–18:00 Availability to also work from 10:00 to 19:00, as needed. **Work Location Address:** downtown Rio de Janeiro/RJ * Av. Presidente Vargas, 670, Centro, Rio de Janeiro * Rua da Alfândega, 42 – Centro, Rio de Janeiro **Employment Type: CLT, Intermittent.** **What We Are Looking For:** Education: Completed high school. Training: ITIL V3 Foundation certification or higher (certificate must be submitted within 90 days). **Experience:** Prior experience in technical support, help desk, or IT user support is desirable. **Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties/Tasks):** * On-site technical support for end users; * Diagnosis and resolution of hardware and software incidents; * Installation and configuration of systems, software, and drivers; * Support for Microsoft Windows and Office environments; * VPN and Digital Certificate configuration; * Support for Windows local networks; * User assistance and guidance; * Basic hardware maintenance; * Recording and updating technical information and knowledge base entries; * Escalating tickets when necessary. **Desirable Qualifications:** * Intermediate networking knowledge; * Experience with Windows Server; * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor; * Analytical mindset with problem-solving focus; * Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. **What We Offer:** * **Compensation: BRL 12.72 per hour worked** The professional will be paid for actual hours worked, plus advance accruals stipulated under the intermittent employment regime, including **13th salary and vacation benefits**. * Meal allowance of **BRL 35.00 per working day** * Indirect benefit of **BRL 299.77** * Transportation voucher (6% payroll deduction if used) * Sesc membership * Life insurance **Additional Benefits:** * **Availability bonus of BRL 100.00**, paid via corporate card upon first activation for coverage or urgent assignments (maximum of 10 activations per month).
