




Description: * Completed technical education in Electrical or Electrotechnical Engineering; * Basic Office software package skills; * Prior experience in Hydraulic, Healthcare, and Industrial fields; * Availability for a 12x36 work schedule. * Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and infrastructure systems within healthcare facilities, including low-voltage electrical systems, hydraulic systems, HVAC systems, generators, elevators, and other essential equipment. * Develop and follow preventive maintenance schedules, ensuring all services are completed within the stipulated deadlines and according to established standards. Provide support for minor construction tasks (e.g., painting, light bulb replacement, locksmithing, carpentry, and other related activities); * Diagnose and repair faults or defects in hospital systems and equipment, ensuring rapid problem resolution and minimal disruption to operations. Replace defective parts and components as necessary, always seeking the most efficient and cost-effective solution. Unclog sinks and toilets. Maintain gardens by ensuring proper irrigation and trimming; * Assist in the installation and assembly of new equipment and systems, adhering to technical guidelines and safety regulations.
