Map, request, and control SAP profiles required to perform the Unit’s activities; 2. Map and monitor processes executed by the Unit, analyzing critical points and proposing improvements; 3. Develop and update Competency Matrices for management; 4. Develop, analyze, and disseminate standards related to the Unit’s activities; 5. Update files, controls, and systems; b) Process Management and Optimization Support 1. Develop organizational charts, flowcharts, procedures, and matrices evaluating organizational structure and work methods; 2. Map and monitor processes executed by the Unit, analyzing critical points and proposing improvements; 3. Optimize activities and processes; 4. Support implementation of corporate initiatives impacting Inventory Management activities; 5. Ensure compliance with audits related to inventory management (e.g., SOX), by gathering required documentation, consolidating information, and assessing data consistency. 6. Develop, analyze, and disseminate standards related to the Unit’s activities; 7. Update files, controls, and systems; 8.
