Job Summary: We are seeking a Planning Analyst to support Light’s contract operations, ensuring organization, control, and efficiency in operational routines and supporting strategic decision-making. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for structuring, monitoring, and analyzing activity planning. 2. Monitoring performance indicators and preparing management reports. 3. Supporting team mobilization and demobilization processes. **About the Position** ---------------- We are looking for a **Planning Analyst** to support operations related to Light’s contract, ensuring organization, control, and efficiency in operational routines. The professional will be responsible for structuring, monitoring, and analyzing field activity planning, as well as supporting management in strategic decision-making. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Develop and update operational schedules (daily, weekly, and monthly). * Plan and allocate teams according to demand, productivity, and available resources. * Monitor performance indicators (SLA, productivity, service calls attended, work orders executed). * Conduct analyses and prepare management reports for supervision, coordination, and executive management. * Update internal systems and platforms used by Light. * Assist in contractual measurement processes, verifying data and ensuring compliance. * Monitor operational needs with support areas (HR, Fleet, Warehouse, and Safety). * Support team mobilization and demobilization processes. * Participate in internal and external meetings when requested. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements** --------------------------- * Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Logistics, Engineering, Production Management, or related fields. * Experience in operational planning. * Intermediate or advanced Excel skills. * Strong analytical ability and organizational skills. * Clear and concise communication skills. **Additional Information** TRANSPORTATION ALLOWANCE MEAL ALLOWANCE FOOD ALLOWANCE HEALTH INSURANCE LIFE INSURANCE DENTAL PLAN Founded in 1978, **Concrejato Engenharia** specializes in the restoration of historical and cultural heritage, building retrofitting, infrastructure and industrial construction, maintenance of gas and energy distribution networks, sanitation works and services, among others.
