Operational support to domestic and international clients A professional with foundational knowledge of tourism operations and experience in operational tasks related to clients within their portfolio (B2B), aligned with the company's strategies, policies, and guidelines, to ensure service quality. Experience in quoting and reserving for domestic and international clients, as well as entering data into the system and requesting services from suppliers. **PERFORMANCE INDICATORS** \- Adherence to quotation and reservation deadlines (SLA) \- Accuracy and completeness of information recorded in the system \- Rate of rework in operations \- Organization and timely updating of documents \- Internal satisfaction with operational support. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND CHALLENGES** 01\- Perform tourism operations-related tasks with precision and assertiveness. 02\- Monitor reservations promptly within the 24-hour timeframe — **company target.** 03\- Stay aligned with the company’s established sustainable best practices and apply them throughout operational activities. 04\- Contact passengers and clients (e.g., Recife Head Office), resolve potential queries, and handle certain issue-related negotiations as required. 05\- Carry out quotations and reservations according to the routines and specifications of the receptive operator and/or client. 06\- Archive documents, packages, and other records and reports related to the area of responsibility, organizing and classifying them to facilitate future requests or inquiries. 07\- Identify new alternatives for service packages and/or itineraries, per request. 08\- Identify opportunities to expand the sustainable product portfolio and recognize and engage suppliers that share similar practices. 09\- Organize familiarization and product inspection visits, following the company’s operational procedures. 10\- Submit supplier invoices to the administrative department in a timely manner. **ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS** Advanced English, German, or French.
