Come be yourself and join a TIM team courageous enough to innovate, free to try, and eager to make a difference in people’s lives. \#imagineaspossibilidades We value applications from People with Disabilities, Black People, LGBTI+ People, People aged 45+, and Women! **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsible for executing and/or monitoring compliance with all applicable occupational safety legal requirements (e.g., PGR, CIPA, Emergency Brigade, etc.), aiming for legal compliance and minimization/elimination of health risks to stakeholders. **Main Activities** * Conduct accident or near-miss analyses, providing guidelines and analytical methodology to determine root causes, aiming to block and/or neutralize them through proposals for control measures; * Provide technical support to departments, always focusing on legal compliance and the safety and physical integrity of involved parties; * Conduct and participate in inspections covering various safety-related topics; * Conduct and participate in certification audits as well as internal investigations; * Monitor and report performance indicators for regions under your responsibility; * Deliver training whenever necessary; * Develop and implement occupational safety management procedures; * Actively participate in the planning and execution of SIPAT (Internal Week for Accident Prevention); * Evaluate compliance with legal requirements by contractors and subcontractors, including their authorization to perform activities, and monitor accidents or near-misses involving them; * Promote annual emergency drills for buildings within your regions of responsibility, according to the PAE (Emergency Response Program), also internally developed by the professional with support from occupational safety engineers; * Constitute, maintain, and closely monitor CIPA (Internal Commission for Accident Prevention) activities. **Requirements and Qualifications*** Desired Education: Occupational Safety Technician * Solid experience in the field * Experience working in large companies, preferably with nationwide reach; * Field experience and experience developing or implementing management processes and indicators; experience in emergency processes, particularly fire protection and suppression. * Fundamentals of ESG. **Additional Information** At TIM, your well-being is our well-being—thus, the Conexão Bem + Estar program aims to strengthen TIM’s genuine care for the TIM team and their families through practical initiatives across multiple areas, ensuring everyone remains well—both personally and professionally.
