Job Summary: We are seeking an entry-level professional who is dynamic and organized to support the life cycle of medical-hospital products, assisting in product development and project management. Private Label project management and technical material review We seek an entry-level professional who is dynamic and organized to support the entire life cycle of our medical-hospital products. Main Responsibilities: \* Assist in monitoring the development schedule of new products; \* Provide support in interfacing with foreign suppliers (especially in Asia) for defining technical specifications; \* Support Private Label project management; \* Review packaging artwork, instruction manuals, and technical labels; \* Conduct market analyses and sample tracking; Requirements: \* Completed undergraduate degree in fields related to the role; \* Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (essential for technical reading and emails with suppliers); \* Proficiency in Excel (ability to use spreadsheets for deadline and cost control); Familiarity with import processes, prior experience in medical products or quality areas, and knowledge of ANVISA regulations will be considered advantageous. **All benefits with no payroll deductions**: Transportation (RioCard/Já É or Caju Mobilidade for car/motorcycle), On-site meals (breakfast and lunch), and Life Insurance**.** **After the probationary period (90 days)**: Medical Plan (with 30% co-payment per use) and Dental Plan from SulAmérica, extendable to spouse and children up to age 18; Quarterly Bonus (contingent upon goal achievement) via Caju Multi-Benefit Card (usable for in-store and online purchases, bill payments, ATM cash withdrawals, and PIX transfers); and Profit Sharing (PLR), also contingent upon goal achievement.
