Join the journey of one of the fastest-growing technology companies in Brazil! **\#JoinOmie** **Responsibilities and Duties** **In your day-to-day work, you will:** * Engage consultatively—not merely providing point-in-time support—but proactively exploring whether the accountant served is open to new value offerings from the Omie ecosystem; * Gain a general understanding of all Omie modules’ functionalities to identify entries made in the Finance module; * Review and update accounting system manuals to ensure accurate integration and detect potential discrepancies between software platforms; * Create procedural playbooks for the system—using images and text or videos—to support team learning; * Provide support via chat, Meet, or phone to partner accountants, as needed; * Conduct training sessions for the Accountant Dashboard module for partner accountants; * Resolve partner accountants’ questions swiftly and effectively; * Complete daily tracking workflows. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What you need to succeed in this role:** * Prior experience in software implementation/technical support is desirable; customer service experience is a plus; * Familiarity with major market accounting systems (user-level proficiency); * Degree in Accounting Sciences or substantial hands-on experience in accounting routines; * Proactivity in learning about accounting systems used; * Organizational skills to manage internal controls; * Familiarity with financial ERP tools; * Strong communication skills to interact effectively with partners; * Comfort and fluency with technology. **Additional Information** Flexible Benefit/Meal Voucher: BRL 40.00 per business day.
