Assistance in organizing spreadsheets and files **HR/HR DEPARTMENT INTERNSHIP** **Job Description / Responsibilities:** * Support in Human Resources Department routines (onboarding, time tracking, benefits administration, vacation management, and offboarding); * Support in recruitment and selection processes (job posting, resume screening, and interview scheduling); * Assistance in organizing and updating employee spreadsheets and files; * Other activities related to Human Resources and the Human Resources Department. **Desired Education and Experience:** * Currently enrolled in Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, proactivity, and eagerness to learn; * Excel proficiency is considered a plus. **Benefits:** * Internship stipend of R$ 1.250,00 * Transportation Benefit (VT) * Meal Benefit (VA) **Notes:** * Location: Rotational between South Zone and Barra da Tijuca – Rio de Janeiro * Weekly workload: 30 hours * Shift: 8:00 AM–3:00 PM or 10:00 AM–5:00 PM (with 1-hour lunch break) * Position type: Internship **Contract Duration:** 24 months Position type: Internship Contract Duration: 24 months Compensation: R$1.250,00 per month Benefits: * Meal Benefit * Transportation Benefit
