### **PERSONNEL DEPARTMENT ANALYST (DP)** **Location:** Campos Elíseos – Duque de Caxias (RJ) **Company:** Waste Transportation **Schedule:** Mon–Thu: 7:00 AM–5:00 PM; Fri: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM **Employment Type:** In-person \| CLT ### **Compensation and Benefits** * Fixed Salary * Meal Allowance * Transportation Allowance * On-site cafeteria ### **Key Responsibilities** * Monitoring and verification of electronic timekeeping records * Payroll closing and verification * Employee onboarding, offboarding, vacation, and benefits administration * Updating employee records and organizing documents * Providing support to employees and managers * Ensuring compliance with labor legislation and statutory deadlines * Supporting the restructuring of HR/DP processes ### **Requirements** * Completed Technical or Higher Education degree in HR, Business Administration, or Accounting * Minimum 1 year of experience in Personnel Department * Knowledge of labor legislation Experience with payroll systems (* **Alterdata experience is a plus**) * Analytical, organized profile with strong attention to deadlines and details Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree * Transportation Allowance * Meal Allowance
