




**Environmental Analyst \- Boslan Part of Accenture \- Power Sector** **Job Summary** A professional responsible for **supporting the Environmental Management of Enel Rio’s operations and services**, ensuring **legal and technical compliance** of activities (construction works, maintenance, contractor bases, and routine operations) through **inspections, document management, performance indicators, and technical support** to executing departments and contractors. **Key Responsibilities** * **Monitor and support operational environmental management** for field activities (Enel-owned or contractor-operated bases and yards), ensuring adherence to procedures, legal requirements, and client guidelines; * Conduct **environmental inspections**, applying **checklists**, recording evidence (photos/reports), issuing **non-conformance reports**, action plans, and follow-up on corrective measures; * Monitor **deadlines, status, and evidence** related to fulfillment of **legal requirements** and environmental commitments (technical documentation from partners, licenses, authorizations, approvals, and associated obligations), maintaining up-to-date performance indicators; * Support **document management** (organization, traceability, and consolidation of evidence), including materials for client reporting, as required; * Support implementation and monitoring of **technical work instructions and environmental controls**, such as: waste management (traceability/disposal), hazardous material control, spill prevention, effluent controls, and best practices for construction sites and bases; * Provide technical support for managing **environmental incidents and emergencies** (e.g., spills), including documentation, investigation support, corrective actions, and lessons learned; * Interface with internal departments and **contractor companies**, advising on required criteria and supporting evidence; * Prepare and update **reports, spreadsheets, and monitoring dashboards** (Excel/Power BI), consolidating indicators and compliance status; * Support **training/orientation initiatives** for in-house and contractor teams on environmental best practices; * Support internal/external audits and client requests related to environmental compliance (where applicable). **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in **Environmental Science, Environmental Management, Environmental Engineering, Biology**, or related fields; * Proven experience in **operational environmental management** (inspections, compliance, evidence collection, environmental controls), preferably within the **electric power sector**; * Experience with **legal requirement tracking** and documentation/reporting routines; * Advanced proficiency in **Excel** (pivot tables, formulas, charts; macros/VBA preferred); * Intermediate knowledge of **Power BI** (dashboard and report creation); * Familiarity with applicable environmental legislation and standards (CONAMA, INEA, IBAMA, municipal regulations) and field best practices; * Valid **Brazilian Driver’s License Category B**, and availability for travel and field activities. **Behavioral Competencies** * Strong organizational skills and attention to deadlines and evidence; * Analytical mindset with a focus on problem solving; * Effective written and verbal communication (interface with departments and contractors); * Proactivity, autonomy, and collaborative attitude; * Proficiency with technology, data, and control routines. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in **power distribution**, substations, lines/networks, and contractor management; * Experience with **environmental audits** and/or **ISO 14001**; * Knowledge of **waste management and traceability routines** (waste manifests, proof of disposal, controls); * Experience with **document management** via SharePoint/Teams and standardization of evidence; * Basic knowledge of **Python** and automation (preferred).
