Proactive profile with excellent customer service **Job Description:** We are looking for a dynamic and technical professional to join our team. You will be responsible for ensuring the full functionality, installation, and maintenance of electronic security, network, and communication infrastructures for our clients. **Main Responsibilities and Tasks:** * Install, configure, and perform preventive/corrective maintenance on **CCTV** systems (analog and IP). * Implement and provide support for **access control** systems (biometrics, tags, turnstiles, and gates). * Perform cable laying, identification, and certification of **structured cabling** (data and voice networks). * Install and program residential and commercial **alarm control panels**, as well as electric fences and sensors. * Configure and certify cloud-based **PBX** (VoIP) telephony systems. **Required Qualifications:** * Proven experience in the activities described. * Technical knowledge of computer networks (router and switch configuration, IP addressing). * Driver's license [Category B — if the position requires use of company vehicle (car/motorcycle)]. * Proactive profile, focused on problem resolution and excellent customer service. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Manufacturer certifications in the industry (e.g., Intelbras, Hikvision, Digistar, etc.). * Technical course in Electronics, Electrotechnics, or Telecommunications.
