Requirements: * Experience in the role; * Agility; * Knowledge of safe food handling techniques; * Good motor coordination. Responsibilities: * Assist in food preparation according to pre-approved technical specifications; * Control waste; * Ensure food safety by maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of equipment, surfaces, and utensils involved in food handling; * Receive, sanitize, and store supplies delivered for use in the restaurant; * Stay updated on the current menu and on items unavailable at the establishment; * Stay updated on food preparation procedures and any updates thereto; * Complete the kitchen checklist. * Maintain all equipment in proper order, operational condition, and good working state. * Support management regarding supply needs and maintenance requirements at the establishment. * Support colleagues by teaching and providing assistance when necessary. * Comply with internal employee regulations, such as scheduled weekly days off and scheduled entry and exit times.
