Check out the opportunity we are offering: Type of opportunity: CLT; Model: Hybrid \- Indefinite Term; Downtown, Rio de Janeiro/RJ; * Monday to Friday \| Business Hours. **\*Responsibilities:\*** * Apply patches, security updates, and install new versions of applications comprising the solution; * Manage the platform, including necessary customizations for service operation and generation of reports and metrics; * Configure new features on extensions; * Analyze application logs to detect hardware and software failures and implement corrective actions; * Customize VoIP platforms based on FreePBX, 3CX, Flash Operator Panel, and Asternic; * Generate operational and statistical reports; * Migrate and reinstall VoIP servers; * Perform annual VoIP platform upgrades, including homologation testing; * Customize IVRs, DACs, and call flow trees. **\*Requirements and Qualifications:\*** * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or specialization in Information Technology; * Minimum 6 months of experience with Service Desk / ITSM tools (e.g., GLPI, OTRS, * Freshdesk, ServiceNow, etc.); * Basic knowledge of ITIL (v3 or v4); * Knowledge of VoIP systems administration; * Knowledge of FreePBX, Asterisk, 3CX, FOP2, Asternic; * Knowledge of VoIP network security; * Knowledge of log analysis and failure diagnostics; * Knowledge of Linux server infrastructure.
