Job Summary: Technology Intern for the chemical industry, responsible for registering formulations, monitoring results, preparing regulatory letters, and supporting laboratory and documentation activities. Key Highlights: 1. Support for technologists and laboratory activities 2. Registration and tracking of formulations 3. Preparation of performance letters for regulatory compliance Chemical industry hiring: Technology Intern Workload: 6 hours per day. Schedule: 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Work model: On-site. **Job Responsibilities:** * Register formulations in the IRIS system and coordinate test scheduling. * Monitor formulation results via TagItWrite, rescheduling tests when necessary to ensure accuracy and continuity. * Prepare performance letters for ANP, ensuring regulatory compliance. * Collect and organize technical information using tools such as LCDS, IRIS, TIW, and BIRIS, directly supporting technologists. * Support laboratory administrative tasks, contributing to operational efficiency. * Provide support to Technologists regarding documentation requests and track processes with the PALS team, ensuring agility and alignment. **Specific Requirements:** * Microsoft Office Suite * Ability to manage multiple tasks in an organized and efficient manner. * Skill in setting priorities and consistently meeting deadlines. * Effective teamwork and collaboration, contributing to a positive work environment. * Clear and concise communication, appropriate for diverse audiences.
