**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Deliver in-person and/or remote classes; guide students by answering questions and providing feedback on assignments, with a strong emphasis on project-based learning.
* Develop instructional presentations used in class.
* Deliver engaging, interactive Game Design classes.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements:**
* In-depth knowledge of Game Design
* Practical experience with game engines (Unity / Unreal)
* Brazilian-recognized or revalidated Lato Sensu (specialization or MBA) or Stricto Sensu (Master’s or Doctorate) postgraduate degree
**Desirable Requirements:**
* Master’s or Doctorate degree
* Professional experience applying the above competencies in top-tier projects and companies
* Teaching experience or related activities such as lectures, webinars, internal training sessions, etc.
* Familiarity with git-flow
* Ability to develop games with scalability and high performance
* Capability to develop and optimize games across multiple platforms
**Additional Information**
ATTENTION: Prior experience as a higher-education instructor is **NOT** required.
The institution believes in and supports the development of new instructors, provided they possess substantial professional experience in the field, strong communication skills, and natural aptitude for teaching.
**We expect the instructor to:**
* Believe in project-based learning.
* Be eager to learn and apply the institution’s competency-based teaching methodology.
* Demonstrate strong verbal communication skills.
* Be available to fulfill core teaching responsibilities, including grading assignments, student support, and lesson preparation.

**Compensation and Employment Terms**:
* CLT employment regime; initial hourly classroom compensation ranging from R$ 50.59 to R$ 97.10, depending on modality, academic credentials, and experience, plus various allowances.
* Career progression up to R$ 121.68 per classroom hour, including a 5% enhancement for Master’s and 10% for Doctorate degrees.
* Paid weekly rest — i.e., an additional 1/6 bonus applied to the amounts stated above.
* Paid collective vacations of 30 days per year, 13th salary, FGTS, INSS, and optional transportation voucher.
* Education assistance scholarship for the instructor and dependents, based on total weekly teaching hours.
* Seniority bonus after three years of service.
