Conduct in-person, telephone, WhatsApp, and social media appointments. Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring an organized and seamless medical schedule. Manage post-service care, guaranteeing a complete and positive patient journey. Handle lead management and conversion of new patients. Perform regular follow-ups to reinforce relationships and foster patient loyalty. Execute package closures, referrals, and commercial guidance. Issue invoices and update patient records. Maintain an organized reception area, support administrative tasks, and assist the team. Use basic Excel for internal controls. Preferred Qualification: Experience with the Amigo system.
