




**JOB DESCRIPTION:** · Work in a generalist manner in Human Resources and Payroll Department areas, ensuring the execution of admission, termination, vacation, payroll (integration with accounting), and benefits management routines. · Perform control and monitoring of ASO (Occupational Health Certificate) and delivery of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). · Be responsible for registering and updating employee information in the eSocial system (submit admissions, contractual changes, absences, work accidents and occupational health and safety data (SST), payroll, vacations, terminations, tax payments, and monthly closing). · Visit and monitor operational areas to verify proper use of PPE and working conditions, acting as a partner to teams. · Conduct short internal training sessions (30 minutes to 1 hour) on HR and Payroll topics. · Maintain and update internal controls (timekeeping, benefits, training, documentation) focusing on digitization and reduction of manual/paper processes. · Ensure compliance with eSocial, labor legislation, and internal policies. · Act proactively to minimize labor risks and workplace safety issues. · Use and maintain integration between the Domínio system and accounting. · Support organizational climate management, engagement, and team relationships. **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** · Previous experience as a Generalist HR/DP Analyst. · Practical knowledge of labor legislation and eSocial. · Experience with timekeeping, benefits, ASO, PPE, and Payroll routines. · Experience conducting internal training sessions. · Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. · Strong organizational skills, proactivity, and dynamism. · Alignment with the use of Artificial Intelligence for process optimization. **DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS:** · Power BI. · Familiarity with management systems.
