Requirements: Team management experience, completed high school education, basic computer skills, and excellent communication skills at all levels. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Facilities/Service Outsourcing as Team Leader/Supervisor; intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency. Responsibilities: \- Develop team work schedules; \- Train and supervise task execution; \- Visit worksites at our clients' locations; \- Manage conflicts and negotiate solutions; \- Recruit personnel for replacements; \- Size, organize, track, and record cleaning supplies, uniforms, and personal protective equipment; \- And other duties inherent to the role.
