Promote operational efficiency and analyze performance indicators. **Position Title:** Operations Coordinator **Work Location:** Botafogo/RJ **Scope of the Role:** Lead operational projects across units—from prioritization through implementation and results monitoring. Responsible for driving continuous process improvement through data analysis, opportunity identification, and development of solutions that enhance operational efficiency. We seek a hands-on, proactive professional with strong leadership skills, systemic vision, organizational ability, team mobilization capability, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead the operational support team * Define, monitor, and analyze performance indicators * Identify and implement continuous process improvements * Lead improvement projects (processes, systems, and automation) * Develop and deliver operational training * Monitor unit productivity and performance **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields * Experience in project and team management * Experience in operational management * Experience in the healthcare sector **Preferred Qualifications:** * Postgraduate degree or MBA in process management, project management, or related fields * Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) * Experience with Lean Manufacturing * Proficiency in data analysis and project management tools
