Come be part of our team! **JOB DESCRIPTION** We're looking for people who love meeting others, who truly listen, who genuinely want to understand others, who embrace challenges and enjoy the journey—even if there are some obstacles along the way. ***Want to join us on this sales and customer service journey?*** **Responsibilities and duties** * **Provide kind customer service;** * **Ensure efficiency:** * By providing online support through digital channels; * Performing cash register opening and closing procedures; * Receiving, verifying, and dispatching merchandise; * Finalizing sales transactions; * Assisting the manager in monitoring sales indicators; * Acting as the store's administrative responsible, performing the following activities: managing supply requests, overseeing accounts payable, ensuring store processes and equipment are fully functional; * Providing support to management in various tasks. * **Collaborate with management to ensure an appealing physical store experience, keeping it attractive, organized, and consistently delighting customers;** **Requirements and qualifications** * Feel comfortable being yourself; * Respect everyone for who they are; * Be dynamic, flexible, quick to adapt, and organized; * Have strategic vision to deliver results and solve problems; * Understand that daily operations are challenging not only because they involve many tasks, but because you're helping fulfill dreams and boost customers' self-esteem; * Strong communication skills (verbal and active listening) greatly enhance interpersonal relationships; * High school diploma required; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficiency with technological tools; * Previous experience in the role and with the LINX system is desirable; * Flexible availability **Additional information** Our story began 27 years ago at a small booth in Babilônia Feira Hype, where two friends, Kátia Barros and Marcelo Bastos, shared their creations and spread positive energy.
