Decision-making and strategic planning for continuous improvement **Job Description:** ---------------------- \- Maintain all fiscal and labor documentation up-to-date at the unit and on the drive to ensure hotel operations comply with current legislation; \- Ensure smooth operation across all hotel departments, monitoring performance to guarantee service excellence, customer satisfaction, and adherence to internal procedures; \- Present weekly results and strategic actions to the Operations Director, aligned with corporate guidelines, to drive continuous improvement, cost reduction, and increased unit profitability; \- Monitor team performance through regular meetings to share results and future outlooks, practicing an "open-door" policy; \- Manage people through supervision, training, and development initiatives aimed at fostering a healthy organizational climate and employee engagement; \- Address client or supplier requests directly to resolve issues and strengthen loyalty; \- Support corporate departments by fulfilling their requests and implementing corporate guidelines to ensure unit performance. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Completed Bachelor's degree; English proficiency preferred; Integrated Management Systems (ERP, CRM, CMNET, Omnibees, etc.); Experience in hotel management is a plus.
