Job Summary: Responsible for receiving and assisting guests, managing luggage, providing hotel orientation, and delivering information and service support. Key Highlights: 1. First contact with the guest, ensuring a warm and welcoming reception 2. Full assistance with luggage and orientation regarding hotel facilities 3. Personalized support for guest requests and information Monitor guest arrivals and departures, organize luggage, and provide guidance on public areas of the hotel. * Greet customers at the hotel entrance, initiate first contact with the guest, maintain courtesy, and remain consistently available; * Assist with guest arrivals and departures by organizing luggage and guiding them regarding the hotel's public areas; Store luggage in the luggage room and manage luggage tickets. * Escort guests to the front desk; * Manage guest requests, arrange taxis, and book tourist transportation. * Collect and deliver guest luggage, prepare parking control if the guest has a vehicle, accompany them to their room, open the door, introduce the room, inspect equipment and other details; * Provide information and fulfill guest requests whenever possible; * Responsible for parking and maneuvering guest and event attendee vehicles, maintaining control via tickets, parking logs, and garage management records; * Distribute mail and internal communications to respective departments when possible; * Inform guests about hotel operations, products, and services offered; * Monitor check-in and check-out processes, and verify the unit (UH) when necessary; * Participate in training programs when requested; * Perform other duties compatible with the requirements of this position; * Comply with company policies and procedures; * Perform additional tasks that may occasionally be requested by leadership, provided such tasks relate to front office routines or departmental objectives, and that necessary resources and instructions are provided.
