Key Responsibilities: * Process and verify XML files; * Perform closing procedures and submit invoices (electronic and physical) to health insurance providers, ensuring proper protocol and storage of proof-of-submission within established deadlines; * Work with the CBHPM fee schedule, correctly applying general rules, anesthesia fees, substitution codes, and chapter-specific requirements; * Analyze claims issued by affiliated providers, ensuring compliance with contractual rules of each health plan operator; * Identify and resolve low-complexity inconsistencies in the billing process (e.g., health card number discrepancies, password errors, accommodation mismatches); * Support documentation organization, printing, electronic submission, and tracking of invoice issuance; * Use internal systems and health plan operator platforms, interacting via websites, e\-mails, and chats; * Maintain active communication with involved departments via e\-mail, WhatsApp, and Teams.
