




Description: * Completion of the Occupational Safety Technician course. * Registration with the Ministry of Labor; * Experience in the field of Occupational Safety; * Proficiency in Office Suite software. * Implement onboarding and routine occupational safety training programs; * Conduct daily safety briefings with the team; * Distribute and mandate the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) by workers; * Collaborate on building modification or new facility installation projects; * Identify and analyze causes of occupational diseases and the environmental conditions under which they occurred; * Promote campaigns, lectures, and other forms of training; * Collaborate with CIPA programs by reviewing its observations and proposals; * Develop plans to control the effects of disasters; * Assess workplace accident cases and accompany injured workers to receive appropriate medical care; * Analyze SMS reports and programs; * Support SIPAT by organizing necessary activities and resources; * Collect and analyze workplace accident, occupational disease, and work-related illness statistics, examining their causes and severity; * Manage all procedures related to workplace accidents, including CAT (Work Accident Communication) and absences, etc.; * Verify compliance of SMS practices with ISO and OHSAS certifications through indicators, targets, and audits; * Monitor internal and external audits; * Fulfill SMS requirements during operational start-ups, presenting necessary legal documentation; * Monitor and supervise activities carried out by occupational safety technicians assigned to operational bases. 251214020220484111
