We are looking for a Systems Analyst to join our team! **Responsibilities and duties** * Manage, configure, and evolve the MXM ERP system, ensuring alignment with business processes; * Map business processes (AS-IS / TO-BE) and lead structured improvements focused on operational efficiency; * Develop and implement automations, integrations, and digital workflows (BPM/RPA/API); * Support end-user departments in requirements analysis, testing, user acceptance, and deployment of new functionalities; * Act as guardian of best practices in governance and technical documentation; * Monitor system performance and engage partners when necessary; * Maintain policies for security, data integrity, and system access control; * **Automations:** RPA (UiPath, Power Automate), API-based integrations, Scripts (Python, SQL, VBA); * Database (SQL) and basic infrastructure (networking concepts, security, remote access, etc). **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in **Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields;** * Minimum 2 years of experience with **MXM Systems;** * Experience mapping and improving corporate processes; * Practical experience with **automations, integrations, or RPA;** * Experience in the energy, construction, or manufacturing sector is **a plus;** * Participation in ERP implementation or migration projects is **a plus;** * **Certifications are a plus:** BPM, ITIL, Scrum, Power Platform, UiPath; **Additional information** * Onhappy (travel discount platform); * TotalPass; * Well-being — biweekly massage at our headquarters office in Rio de Janeiro. **At SolarGrid, we believe in the power of transformation.** We are restless individuals driven by the desire to solve real-world challenges: high energy costs, resource scarcity, and the future we aim to build together.
