Job Summary: A professional responsible for preparing formwork, shoring, and scaffolding project plans; monitoring construction site materials; and supporting the commercial department. Collaboration with various departments including commercial, engineering, and production. **Responsibilities:** Prepare execution plans for formwork, shoring, and scaffolding in compliance with technical safety standards. Monitor active contracts by analyzing specific requirements of each construction site together with the client. Monitor construction site materials and track equipment delivery or pickup deadlines to ensure material control and reuse. Support the commercial department by conducting necessary surveys for quotations. **Tasks:** * Develop quotations for formwork, shoring, and scaffolding; * Prepare projects according to safety standards; * Create calculation memoranda as required by the project; * Conduct technical analyses of requirements for each project / construction site together with the client; * Perform technical surveys to support the commercial department's quotations; * Collaborate with commercial, engineering, production departments, and clients. **Qualifications:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building Construction Technology, or related fields; * Knowledge of formwork, shoring, and scaffolding projects; * Proficiency in construction methods for reinforced concrete structures and industrial processes; * Experience in structural calculations and material strength; * Familiarity with 2D and 3D CAD tools; * Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
