




**Join our SolarGrid Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Team!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate and supervise field teams in executing preventive maintenance routines and resolving corrective failures; * Plan, assign, and track work orders (WOs) and daily, weekly, and monthly work plans. Ensure adherence to deadlines and service quality by applying best O&M practices; * Conduct daily safety and alignment meetings with the team; * Monitor plant performance (energy production, performance ratio, etc.) via remote monitoring systems (SCADA), identifying and addressing deviations; * Perform visual and thermographic inspections, insulation tests, voltage and current measurements, and other technical analyses to identify anomalies and failures in equipment (modules, inverters, transformers, string-boxes, etc.); * Prepare detailed technical reports on maintenance activities, fault diagnostics, and plant performance; * Manage third-party contractors on-site; * Maintain minimum on-site spare parts and tool inventory, managing assets and consumables; * Regularly report to senior management on operational status, plant performance, and field challenges; * Train and upskill field teams on new procedures, technologies, and O&M best practices; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed degree in Electrotechnology, Electronics, or related fields. **A completed degree in Electrical Engineering is a strong advantage**; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI is required; * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B) and willingness to travel are mandatory; * We seek a professional with **leadership skills, proactivity, problem-solving ability, strong organizational and communication skills, and a results-oriented mindset**; **At SolarGrid, we believe in the power of transformation.** We are restless individuals driven by the desire to solve real-world challenges: high energy costs, resource scarcity, and the future we aim to build together.
