**Education required:** * High school diploma (preferably with technical training in Electrotechnics or Industrial Electricity). * Additional courses in NR-10. **Technical skills:** * Installation, preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial and building electrical systems. * Diagnosis and repair of faults in motors, electrical panels, circuit breakers, and lighting systems. * Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical manuals. * Experience with electrical measuring instruments (multimeter, megohmmeter, clamp ammeter). **Behavioral competencies:** * Attention to detail and focus on safety. * Proactivity in identifying improvements and preventing failures. * Teamwork and effective communication with production and maintenance departments. * Organization and discipline in complying with technical standards and internal procedures. * Ability to work under pressure and in emergency situations. **Responsibilities** * Ensure quality and finish of performed services. * Maintain a clean and safe workplace. * Collaborate with other professionals in the production team.
