Description: Technical requirements: * Graduates in: Administration, Logistics, Accounting Sciences, Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, and related fields. * Experience in customer support. * Knowledge of management systems. * Understanding of business rules. * Experience in system implementation is desirable. Personal requirements: * Reside in Rio de Janeiro and be available to work on-site; * Availability for travel; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational skills; * Aptitude for technology. You will join the Rio de Janeiro consulting and implementation team. * Provide support to external customers regarding ERP modules and other Target Sistemas products; * Build close relationships with customers, contributing to the growth of their businesses; * Serve as the customer’s reference point regarding process development; * Conduct diagnostics to understand the customer’s operational processes; * Implement ERP systems and other products; * Configure Target products; * Set up new features for customer use; * Deliver training sessions. 2512150202201865988
