If you identify with and love fashion: ViX Paula Hermanny is seeking a Senior Buyer. **Main Responsibilities:** * Procure raw materials: woven fabrics, knits, and trims (including all regulators); * Prospect new suppliers and raw materials; * Compare and negotiate prices, payment terms, freight, quality, and service; * Complete material registration in the system; * Analyze the Linx purchase explosion report to issue purchase orders; * Enter purchase orders into the system (Linx) according to the explosion report and forecasts for ongoing items; * Procure all raw materials required for photo shoots and samples; * Track approvals for photo shoots, samples, and production together with the design and printing departments; * Conduct weekly follow-ups with suppliers to monitor order status until delivery, including remaining order balances; * Negotiate with suppliers on pricing, delivery timelines, returns, etc.; * Analyze quality reports and execute returns and/or discounts where applicable; * Substitute raw materials when necessary for production and samples, focusing on reducing inventory surplus; * Analyze and monitor inventories across the four companies; * Analyze inventory surplus; * Prepare and present monthly inventory position reports. **Requirements and Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Fashion, or related fields; Experience in the fashion industry preferred; Advanced Excel skills; experience with Linx is desirable. **Work Location:** São Cristóvão — 100% on-site
