* Verification of the supply spreadsheet vs. CANVAS * Sending pending items and discrepancies to the style team; * Preparing purchase orders in spreadsheet format and sending them to suppliers; * Verifying purchase orders sent by suppliers; * Registering purchase orders sent by suppliers in the system; * Adding the collection to the payment spreadsheet and updating its status; * Updating the payment spreadsheet; * Adding purchase orders, recording payments, listing payment priorities, registering advance payments for purchase orders in the finance department; * Sending payment confirmations to suppliers; * Updating the supply spreadsheet with payment status, invoicing status, adding purchase orders, updating the supply spreadsheet, verifying purchase orders in the system, sending, and forwarding the invoice file containing order details to the tax department; * Updating the supply spreadsheet and verifying purchase orders in the system; * Analyzing weekly consumption versus system bill-of-materials (BOM) for the collection (e.g., fabric, yarn, elastic, underwire, zipper...); * Comparing material BOMs against production spreadsheet updates; * Sourcing and purchasing cleaning supplies, coffee, and laundry supplies; * Sourcing and purchasing office supplies, packaging materials, and general consumables; * Registering suppliers of PPE and raw materials; * Following up on material deliveries; * Coordinating delivery follow-ups with production management; * * * Required: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Production Engineering, Fashion, or related fields; * Required: Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency; * Experience with ERP or similar systems; * Experience purchasing raw materials; * Experience in garment manufacturing; * Ability to work effectively within a factory team environment; * Strong communication skills and flexibility.
