Job Summary: We are looking for a Node.js Backend Developer to strengthen our technology team, developing and maintaining robust and scalable services in an agile and innovative environment. We are seeking a Node.js Backend Developer to strengthen our technology team. The professional will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust and scalable backend services, actively contributing to the evolution of our technological architecture. We seek a candidate with solid Node.js experience who demonstrates technical autonomy and collaborative capability within an agile and innovative environment. **Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs * Implement and optimize microservices in Node.js following established architectural patterns * Collaborate on the design and implementation of scalable backend solutions * Apply security best practices, including authentication, authorization, and data validation * Work with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis) * Integrate external systems via APIs and webhooks * Actively participate in code reviews, contributing to software quality * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Frontend, QA, DevOps) in an agile environment * Implement automated tests (unit, integration, and end\-to\-end) * Monitor application performance and identify optimization opportunities * Contribute to technical documentation and team knowledge sharing * Participate in deployment and production environment monitoring * **Essential Requirements** + 1\-3 years of backend development experience + Solid knowledge of Node.js and JavaScript/TypeScript + Experience with frameworks such as Express.js or NestJS + Knowledge of NoSQL or relational databases + Experience with Git and version control workflows + Knowledge of Docker and containerization + Experience with automated testing (Jest, Mocha, or similar) + Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration patterns + Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) * **Preferred Qualifications** + Experience with GraphQL + Knowledge of AWS + Experience with Kubernetes + Knowledge of CI/CD (Jenkins) + Experience with event\-driven architecture and message brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka) + Knowledge of monitoring and observability (Prometheus, Grafana, New Relic) + Experience with microservice architecture **Benefits:** * Meal allowance: BRL 43.26 * Profit-sharing program * Support for courses and conferences across Brazil * Bradesco Top National Health Insurance Plan * Bradesco Top National Dental Insurance Plan * Parking space Candidate Privacy Policy: https://www.multiplan.com.br/pt\-br/privacidade\-do\-candidato
