RHF Talentos is recruiting for one of our clients in the furniture industry: Carpenter Assistant **Responsibilities:** * Perform tasks alongside carpenters in the manufacturing of custom-built furniture and wooden products and derivatives; * Operate sanders and other manual tools to assist in sanding and finishing wooden and veneered parts; * Apply glue and paint; * Support assembly, gluing, and fixing of parts according to technical instructions; * Assist in unloading, handling, and storing materials (raw wood, MDF, plywood, hardware, etc.); * Comply with safety regulations and collaborate with the team to achieve efficiency and quality in production; * Perform general carpentry cleaning and tasks. **Salary and Benefits:** * R$ 1,551.22 + transportation allowance + quarterly production bonus + meal voucher (R$600.00/month, no payroll deduction) + health and dental plans (available after probation period) + Total Pass. **Competencies:** * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Prudence in performing tasks; * Good communication skills; * Organized; * Commitment; * Flexibility; * Strong interpersonal skills; * Agility. **Education:** * Minimum: completed elementary school. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM–5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break); Friday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM (1-hour lunch break). **Experience:** * Minimum six months’ documented experience as a Carpenter Helper (recorded in employment record book) or completion of a vocational training course. **Note:** * This position is exclusively for residents of Rio de Janeiro municipality, preferably with easy access to São Francisco Xavier. * Resumes not matching the profile will be discarded.
