Your responsibilities will include: • Developing and updating job descriptions based on company needs, outlining responsibilities, qualifications, and expectations for open positions. • Conducting high-volume recruitment and selection processes, including active candidate sourcing (hunting) across various job platforms. • Reviewing resumes and selecting the most qualified candidates according to predefined criteria. • Posting job advertisements on the most relevant platforms, such as job boards tailored to each position’s profile. • Scheduling and conducting interviews with candidates, managing selection stages competently and empathetically, and consistently providing constructive feedback to managers. • Managing the talent pool and keeping our candidate database up to date. • Providing feedback to candidates, transparently communicating outcomes of selection processes. • Supporting the onboarding of new employees by sharing essential information about policies, procedures, and our organizational culture. • Monitoring the status of open positions, maintaining updated spreadsheets, and recording relevant data regarding candidates and selection process stages. What we expect from you: • Experience in high-volume recruitment and selection, especially in the retail sector. • Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office to support diverse analytical and reporting requirements. • Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Pedagogy, or related fields. • Preferred: Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to optimize the selection process.
