Guarantee legal compliance and process optimization **Job Description and Responsibilities:** The **Grupo Seres** is recruiting a professional for the position of **Fleet Assistant**, with the mission to support the company's administrative and operational vehicle fleet management, ensuring efficient control of costs, maintenance, documentation, and performance indicators, thereby contributing to legal compliance, vehicle availability, and continuous optimization of fleet management processes. **Responsibilities:** * Control and monitoring of preventive and corrective fleet maintenance; * Analysis of operational costs (fuel, maintenance, insurance, tolls, among others); * Monitoring of fleet performance indicators; * Management of vehicle documentation, ensuring legal compliance; * Preparation of managerial reports and support for decision-making; * Liaison with suppliers and automotive service providers; * Support in implementing and utilizing fleet management systems. **Mandatory Requirements:** * **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Knowledge of administrative and operational fleet routines; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel; * Prior experience in vehicle maintenance and cost control; * Knowledge of traffic legislation and vehicle documentation. * **Desired Competencies:** * Analytical and organized profile; * Ability to analyze data and performance indicators; * Strong communication and negotiation skills; * Commitment to deadlines and results.
