If you are motivated to join a company in constant expansion, this is the perfect opportunity for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor the receivables process, perform credit reconciliation in the system, and identify delinquencies; * Analyze outstanding receivables from Hospital Channel Clients and collaborate with other departments to report inconsistencies; * Contact clients (Hospitals and Health Plans) prior to payment deadlines and initiate collection actions in case of delays; * Issue invoices in the designated management system and on municipal government websites; * Support the preparation of managerial reports; * Submit client delinquency documentation to legal counsel for issuance of consent letters or protest cancellation; * Perform other tasks not listed above as directed by leadership; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Hospital Management, Economics, Accounting, Financial Management, or related fields; * Pursuing a postgraduate degree in related areas is a plus; * Intermediate Excel proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office suite are desirable; * Prior experience in Accounts Receivable/Collection within the healthcare sector is a plus. **Additional Information** * Location: Flamengo, Rio de Janeiro; * Hybrid work modality after the probationary period; * Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; Benefits: Transportation allowance, Meal voucher, Food allowance, Medical assistance, Dental assistance, and Life insurance. * We are the largest specialized network in high-complexity hemotherapy and cellular therapy in the country.
