Job Summary: We are seeking a sales and customer service enthusiast to work at an event venue, identifying client needs and closing contracts. Key Highlights: 1. We seek a sales and customer service enthusiast who wants to grow with us and join our successful team. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Attend to clients interested in our events, identify their needs, and offer customized solutions; * Present the venue’s facilities, highlighting unique features and services offered; * Prepare quotations and commercial proposals; * Negotiate pricing, terms, and close contracts; * Conduct technical visits and provide end-to-end client support throughout the process; * Maintain and update CRM and sales pipeline; * Sustain active relationships with clients and partners; * Track individual and team sales goals, contributing to overall team results; * On-site work as required. ### **Mandatory Requirements** * Proven sales experience, preferably in events, parties, hotels, or services; * Negotiation and contract closing skills; * Availability to work on weekends; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or CRM systems. ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in event venues, catering services, or ceremony planning; * Familiarity with the Rio de Janeiro events market; * Active client portfolio; * Experience with sales targets and commission-based compensation. ### **Key Soft Skills** * Strong verbal and written communication; * Proactive, persuasive, and organized personality. ### **We Offer** * **Commission per closed contract**, with earnings proportional to performance and achieved results; * Ongoing training and development; * A dynamic and collaborative work environment. **A computer with internet access is required** * PJ (Individual Entrepreneur) * Full-time * R$1,800 Monthly * Hybrid (20531\-072, Rio de Janeiro, RJ, Brazil)
