Perform operational activities and external routines **Job Summary** The Operations Assistant is responsible for supporting logistics and execution of external catering services, ensuring transportation, organization, distribution, and sanitation of equipment and meals, thereby guaranteeing quality standards and smooth operation at the client site. **Key Responsibilities** * Load meals and supplies into the hotbox at the unit (Market); * Assist in organizing and loading the vehicle for transportation; * Accompany the driver to the destination site (school); * Unload meals and organize food on the hot holding table (rechaud); * Ensure correct food presentation and arrangement according to established standards; * Sanitize sinks, utensils, and equipment used; * Assist in maintaining organization and cleanliness of the environment during operations; * At the end of the shift, collect materials, store them again in the hotbox, and reload them onto the vehicle; * Return to the unit (Market) and return items to the kitchen; * Follow hygiene, food safety, and good operational practices. **Requirements** * Completed high school education; * Availability for operational tasks and external routines; * Willingness to learn and develop within the role; * Responsibility, organization, and commitment. **Desired Competencies** * Proactivity; * Teamwork; * Agility and attention to detail; * Good communication skills; * Operational discipline.
