Use tracking systems to optimize routes and safety #### **Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate daily vehicle fleet operations, ensuring delivery and pickup efficiency and timeliness. * Implement and monitor fleet performance KPIs, such as fuel consumption, downtime, maintenance costs, and driver productivity. * Manage preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance, ensuring compliance with schedules and service quality provided by internal or external workshops. * Use vehicle tracking and telematics systems to optimize routes, monitor driver behavior, and ensure operational safety. * Prepare fleet performance reports, identify trends, propose improvements, and present results to management. * Ensure compliance with traffic legislation, safety standards, and environmental regulations applicable to fleet operations. * Manage vehicle documentation (licensing, IPVA, insurance) and driver documentation (driver's license, mandatory training), ensuring validity and compliance. #### **Requirements** * Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in supervising or managing heavy and light vehicle fleets. * Advanced knowledge of fleet management systems (ERP, TMS) and tracking/telematics tools. * Ability to analyze fleet performance data and translate it into action plans for cost and operational optimization. * Experience managing driver and mechanic teams, including training and performance evaluation. * Solid knowledge of basic vehicle mechanics and automotive maintenance processes. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data analysis and presentation. * Driver's license category B and/or higher. #### **Skills** * Fleet Management * Vehicle Tracking * Telematics * Cost Analysis * Vehicle Maintenance * Fleet KPIs * Advanced Excel * Traffic Legislation * TMS/ERP Systems ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Required Knowledge and Skills:** Internal and External Audits, Report Analysis, Hearings, Procurement, Team Management, Excel, Maintenance ### **Benefits:** Meal Allowance, Transportation Allowance, Food Basket, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, TotalPass, Life Insurance ### **Department:** Administrative
