Client support regarding labor and social security legislation An organization operating in the education sector is seeking a Senior Human Resources Analyst in São Gonçalo. **Responsibilities:** Conduct employee onboarding and offboarding processes. Perform payroll-related calculations, including vacation pay, severance payments, 13th salary, and other personnel department tasks. Issue payment guides and fulfill labor and social security obligations, such as DCTFWeb, FGTS, and taxes. Administer benefits, including transportation vouchers and meal vouchers. Organize documentation required for labor litigation proceedings. Provide client support by clarifying questions about labor and social security legislation. Assist with other personnel department activities and routines, collaborating with the team. Previous experience as an Organizational Development Analyst, Recruitment and Selection Analyst, Training and Development Analyst, or People Management Analyst may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position.
