Perform calculations for payments related to vacations, employment contract terminations, and other payroll-related items, ensuring correct payment and compliance with legal deadlines; Gather data for payroll processing, verifying hour calculations and deductions, ensuring accurate processing; Calculate labor charges and prepare payment forms DAE, FGTS, DARF, GRCSU, GRRF, DCTFWeb social information, DIRF, E\-SOCIAL, RAIS, ensuring compliance with deadlines and legal requirements; Issue reports for salary account credits for employees; Respond to employee requests regarding payroll information and other matters related to employment relationships; Classify payroll according to the chart of accounts for accounting processing; Generate and analyze monthly payroll reports for accounting and cost control purposes; Prepare reports upon request, providing payroll information as needed; Manage classification of payroll-related documents, such as active and inactive company files; Interact with the finance department to establish salary payment schedules; Receive and verify monthly salary movements, request necessary records for payroll preparation; Analyze and control company personnel expense costs and reconcile them with the Budget Forecast; Analyze and verify Payroll amounts and related statutory charge calculations; Ensure consolidation of closing activities according to the schedule established by management; Analyze and verify information related to electronic timekeeping maintenance; Analyze and verify benefit movements and costs; Receive labor notices, prepare documentation, and respond to inspections; Act as the company's representative in labor court hearings; Guide company units or departments on HR procedures, ensuring information quality and compliance with legal procedures; IP updates; Experience with TOTVS (Protheus) system; Fill out performance indicator spreadsheets with their respective traceability and propose improvement actions. 251112020218518190
