




Job Summary: A kitchen professional responsible for assisting in food preparation and organization, maintaining kitchen and supply orderliness, and collaborating in dish assembly. Collaboration in dish assembly and presentation **Main Responsibilities:** § Assist in washing, peeling, cutting, and preparing food items such as vegetables, meats, fish, and other ingredients according to recipes and instructions from the cook and head chef; § Keep the kitchen organized, ensuring all utensils, ingredients, and equipment are readily available to cooks when needed. § Wash or sanitize vegetables, peel vegetables, slice, cut, or mince meats, etc; § Ensure quality and efficiency throughout the process to maximize customer satisfaction; § Monitor and replenish food items in serving stations (rice, beans, salad) to maintain continuous availability for self-service; § Collaborate with the kitchen team in dish assembly, preparing components for meals and ensuring appropriate presentation. § Observe safety practices when handling utensils and equipment. § Monitor food and material consumption and request replenishment as needed. Maintain organization of product and cleaning supply storage areas. § Perform other duties related to the position as directed by supervisors.
