Control consumable materials Conduct daily inspections to supervise activities carried out in departments according to a predefined checklist; verify that distribution of cleaning materials and products is correctly performed across departments, ensuring service quality delivery; supervise terminal cleaning by completing an efficacy checklist, identifying necessary repairs and requesting them from the department responsible; guide employees in task execution and evaluate their performance; monitor employee attendance, adjusting task assignments and/or reassigning employees as needed; stay updated and keep employees informed about techniques and proper use of equipment and products; implement the Departmental Action Plan together with the work team; maintain strict control over consumable materials.
