Delegate tasks and guide the team when necessary We seek a committed, organized, and quality-focused Cook to prepare and finish dishes, ensuring excellence in flavor, presentation, and food safety. **Key Responsibilities** \* Prepare dishes according to the establishment's standards and technical sheets \* Execute and monitor all stages, from pre-preparation to finalization \* Plate and present dishes \* Evaluate and ensure the quality of ingredients used \* Label products and manage expiration dates \* Organize and control proper storage of ingredients \* Delegate tasks and guide the team when necessary \* Request maintenance and replacement of utensils and equipment \* Carry out and supervise daily kitchen cleaning and organization routines \* Clean and maintain the workplace **Requirements** \* Prior restaurant experience (documented in employment record) \* Knowledge of Japanese cuisine is considered an advantage \* Easy access to Botafogo (Rio de Janeiro) \* Flexible availability for work hours \* Organization, leadership, and responsibility **Work Schedule** 6-day rotation with 1 day off per week – (4:00 PM to 12:20 AM) \* 1 weekly day off, including 1 Sunday per month\* **NOTE:** \* Salary to be negotiated \* Meals provided on-site Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1\.827,81 \- R$2\.891,51 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Experience: * Cook experience (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
