Work Environment: You will work within our Civil Construction business unit. Your responsibilities will include: • Erecting scaffolding and other equipment for use by professionals across various trades involved in construction. • Performing ongoing general cleaning of the construction site. • Carrying out all tasks inherent to construction that do not require specialized professionals or highly specialized services. • Loading, unloading, and transporting materials manually or using wheelbarrows and/or hand tools, enabling the use or removal of such materials. • Excavating trenches and pits, cutting grooves in floors and walls, and removing soil, plaster, and mortar to enable foundation work, installation of water or electrical conduits and pipelines, or similar construction activities. • Mixing cement, sand, water, gravel, and other materials manually or mechanically to produce concrete or mortar. • Preparing and transporting materials, tools, devices, or any components—cleaning and organizing them as instructed. • Maintaining the cleanliness and integrity of work areas. • Performing other tasks of similar nature and complexity associated with the organizational environment. Preferred Qualifications: • Elementary education; • Flexible availability; • Easy access to the downtown area of Rio de Janeiro.
