Set team goals and objectives; Monitor team performance; Develop and implement team training programs; Manage the claims department budget; Represent the team in meetings and events. Negotiate indemnity amounts with clients; Negotiate coverage amounts with insurers; Represent the company in negotiations with third parties. Train new employees; Develop new processes and procedures; Conduct market research and analysis; Represent the company at events and conferences. **Requirements and qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Law, or related fields; Experience in insurance or claims handling; Knowledge of laws and regulations applicable to insurance; Communication and negotiation skills; Ability to work under pressure; Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
