Job Summary: The Project Planning Technician structures, monitors, and controls all project phases, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. Key Highlights: 1. Plans, schedules, and monitors projects. 2. Acts as the interface between engineering, procurement, and production. 3. Develops and maintains detailed project schedules. The Project Planning Technician is responsible for structuring, monitoring, and controlling all project phases, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. This role directly supports planning, scheduling, and activity monitoring, serving as the primary liaison among engineering, production, and procurement departments. Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including activity definitions and milestones. * Estimate material, supply, and human resource requirements necessary for project execution. * Monitor physical and financial progress of activities, preparing measurement reports and Daily Construction Reports (RDOs). * Identify risks, schedule deviations, and cost variances, proposing corrective and preventive actions. * Serve as the liaison between engineering, procurement, production, and other project stakeholders. * Prepare and update management reports and performance indicators (KPIs). Requirements: * Technical or undergraduate degree in related fields (Civil Construction, Engineering, Production, IT, or similar). * Technical knowledge relevant to the project domain (civil, industrial, or technology). * Proficiency in planning and control tools such as MS Project, Primavera, and Excel (Gantt charts). * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. * Analytical, organized profile with strong communication skills and a results-oriented mindset.
