Job Summary: Assists in maintenance and civil construction activities, providing support to masons and other professionals in the field, performing tasks such as site preparation, material transportation, organization, and cleaning. Assists in mortar preparation and material handling **Position:** Construction Helper **Employment Type:** Temporary — Initially for 180 days **Working Hours:** 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday to Thursday), 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Friday) **Salary:** 1\.927,36 **Job Description:** Assists in maintenance and civil construction activities, providing support to masons and other professionals in the field. Performs tasks including work environment preparation, material transportation, tool organization, and area cleaning. Assists in preparing small quantities of mortar, carries and moves bricks, blocks, tiles, and other materials required for construction execution. Supports scaffolding assembly and disassembly, assists in grout application and minor repairs under supervision, and uses hand tools and occasionally simple power tools, always following instructions from the civil maintenance team. Minimum Education: High School (Secondary Education)
