QUALITY ANALYST POSITIONS\- RIO DE JANEIRO Tejofran is seeking a Quality Analyst to join our team in Rio de Janeiro \- Natural gas (Naturgy). About the Position: You will have the opportunity to work for an established company, learn from experienced professionals, and grow in your career. Key responsibilities include: * Monitoring all quality metrics; receiving, addressing, and responding to non-conformities; managing employee certifications; establishing action plans; and identifying needs for training and refresher courses. * Providing quality indicators; developing work instructions; standardizing existing processes; and creating new processes in collaboration with the Group's Quality Department. * Guiding the administrative team to meet contractual deadlines and targets. * Managing received complaints by developing appropriate resolution strategies and implementing corrective actions. * Controlling operational costs by analyzing the cost-effectiveness of implementing or modifying procedures. Requirements: \- Currently pursuing or holding a Technology or Bachelor's degree in fields related to Quality, Operations Management, Production Engineering, or similar; * Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office suite; * Proactivity, strong interpersonal skills, and teamwork orientation.
